Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

I ship all orders with Canada Post. Anything in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent after your order has shipped. For more information, please email hello@leelee.design.

For countries where the local postal service is unreliable (like South Africa!), I'll ship with an alternate courier. Please contact me at hello@leelee.design for more information or to arrange overseas shipping.

Everything ships worldwide from Toronto. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

I use Canada Post for International orders unless otherwise requested. Please email hello@leelee.design and I will send you a shipping quote based on your order and location. Canada Post's international shipping rates can be quite expensive, I'd be happy to find a more affordable method of shipping overseas, please email me at hello@leelee.design to make arrangements.

Refunds

All sales are final, however, if your order arrives damaged I will do everything I can to fix the situation.

Please get in touch within seven business days of receiving your damaged or problem order so that I can help.

I only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you were shipped the wrong item.

I am not able to offer refunds on personalised and/or custom orders and projects.
