Changing The Way I Think

Most of my “problems” in life, if not all, are a consequence of the way I am thinking. “Problems”, in quotes, because sometimes what I think is a problem really isn’t a problem at all.

The idea that we can change our life, our results, by changing our thinking is not new. I don’t know about you, but it’s taken me a long, long time to finally absorb this simple yet invaluable tidbit of information and put it to good use.

It is not easy.

It takes practice, patience, persistence…Determination, and more. Though, the one thing that made a difference for me, a year ago this month, was guidance. I found my direction in the form of a brilliant human being and Mindset Coach, Catherine Farquharson.

Catherine’s facilitation of the Thinking Into Results programme, created by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher, has dramatically changed my life. As an artist and designer I was initially put off by how corporate the programme looked, but once I was diving deep into the material, I realised there is so much more to it, and Catherine does a wonderful job of guiding creative entrepreneurs through the invaluable lessons.

I am so much more joyful. I have more energy and exercise more frequently. My outlook is positive. I’m excited about my life, and doing what I love every day — with confidence! A lot more than I had 12 months ago when I was depressed and hating myself. Not a day goes by when I don’t reference the material I got when I signed up with Catherine.

Thinking Into Results is a way of living, its become my guiding light, and I highly recommend anyone feeling stuck or like they want to get more out of their life to connect with Catherine Farquharson and study this material. It’ll change your life for the better!

Thanks to Catherine I have a lot more good “ers” in my life: I am happier, healthier and wealthier in all forms of abundance, not just money. And I have only just begun.

Sidenote : The amazing artist, Deborah Farquharson, is Catherine’s cousin.
